Poor quality washing machines
I Dont recommend buying a Samsung washing machine.
Was knocking and banging from the day i bought it and their technicians have no idea how to fix.
After they left my place for the 2nd time, its even worse than before i logged an issue. The cheap plastic parts now vibrates against each other making even more noise.
I will ask Tafelberg for a refund.
