POOR QUALITY SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE!!

I purchased a Samsung top loader washing machine about six months ago, and had enough patience with this machine, theres numerous things frustrating, most annoying is that after the rinse cycle the clothes have detergent remaining on them with dust appearing on the dark clothes, as for the whites the detergents remain in between the clothes and this happens when the water level is at maximum. maybe its because the machine takes in all the detergent at once! Call centre is so rude! Im done with trying to explain to them. I want a refund, had Samsung in mind, thinking quality products but I am so disappointed.
