Poor Quality Products, zero ownership to factory defects, Lack of customer Service

Purchased a Samsung top loader washing machine, which is about 1,5yrs and still under warranty, noticed there is some corrosion marks all around where the top joins the frame as well as the back corner on the washing machine, log a fault to Samsung and they send a team around, team asks me if detergent was used on it which I said No, it hasnt ever been touched with anything and they agree it cant be from cleaning else it would be everywhere, they go back and hand in their report, I get contacted and told its from cleaning detergents.

I dispute this, ask to speak to a manager, they agree to send another 3rd party to assess it (they were wearing Samsung outfits so not sure how 3rd party that was). I requested them to open the top as I believe the corrosion was coming from the inside.

They opened it, there was traces of some rust on the brackets, as well as where the water pipe that goes to the soaking basin section was covered in rust (which I believe may be the cause)

They hand in the report, I get contacted saying Rust is not under the warranty, I asked to speak to the manager who I originally spoke to, 3 weeks later still being ignored, even though the follow up call on service I rated as unhappy and not solved, I still haven't been contacted.

DEAR SAMSUNG, IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A WARRANTY ON RUST FOR A UNIT THAT IS STILL FAIRLY NEW AND UNDER WARRANTY, WHY DID YOU ENTERTAIN THE INITIAL FAULT LOG AND THEN KEEP CHANGING THE TUNE AS TO THE CAUSE AND EVENTUALLY SAY ITS NOT COVERED. IF THATS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS, PERHAPS LG OR OTHER MANUFACTURERS DESERVE THE BUSSINESS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU MANUFACTURE SUCH INFERIOR PRODUCTS THAT CANT LAST. (PS. I have another Samsung washing machine sitting right next to it, over 10yrs old guess what NO rust)

No NM, as per your personal message reponse you have not addressed the matter nor have you asnwered my questions, you have failed to provide customer support feedback by your manager not coming back to me, there is no explanation as to why you went around in circles on the original fault report. clearly it must be just trying to avoid having to incurr any costs from your end as the fault finding kept chainging to your suite, I would still like to understand if you do not warrant rust under your warranty does that confirm you now make cheap inferior products made to not last on purpose, because if thats the case you need to make it clear to all your clients that an appliance that comes into contact with water on a regular basis will NOT LAST? Id like to also please see exactly where it specifically states this in the warranty, as this will affect all future decisions when it comes to buying any samsung products again.
