poor quality phones

Samsung phones, are not built to last, unlike iphones, one fall the screen goes blank,cant view anything, take it to the Samsung stores for repairs then have to wait weeks for the phone to be repaired, because they have too many phones in queue to be fixed, i took my A70 to the Samsung store in Sandton Johannesburg, over a week ago, been calling everyday asking about my phone, its still not fixed, in queue, that's how many phones they have to be fixed because of screen... this is not fair, they said turn around time for screen is 2 days, its been over a week i'm without a phone, because they have hundreds of phones to be fixed, so buying a Samsung phone is just a risk, **** infact cos they are not built to last. i am very disappointed at the number of phones they have in store to be fixed, i want my phone back today if its still not fixed by end of day today.
