POOR QUALITY & HAZARDOUS PHONES

I bought a Samsung S7 Edge just over a year ago. It has been working perfectly fine until about 2 months ago. So the battery started swelling up to a point where it cracked open the phone. Now its not charging properly. The battery lasts for an hour then am stranded without a phone for the rest of the day. I have since been struggling to get help from Samsung. It has been 2 weeks since the Contact Centre said they will come get the phone. AM STILL WAITING. No one wants to take responsibility when this is clearly a manufacturer's problem. ARE YOU WAITING FOR THE BATTERY TO BLOW UP IN MY EAR OR MY POCKET. We all know that's possible with your phones. PLEASE COME GET YOUR PHONE AND STOP SELLING US HAZARDOUS DEVICES. I WONT STOP UTIL YOUR FIX YOUR POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS. I PAID A LOT OF MONEY.
