Poor quality
So after my complaint on this platform, Samsung called me and they offered me a 10% discount on any of their products. They totally refused to extend the warranty of the DV board, which to me is proof enough that their products are of poor quality. Because if they trusted the quality of their products, it wouldn't be so difficult to extend the warranty.
I refused to take the 10% discount and told them I will not buy their products ever again.
