Poor quality
I am so disappointed in Samsung, the quality has dropped off to zero. I bought washing machine last year at Tafelburg store in Bellville. Firstly I do not believe that washing machine is 15Kg as I have LG washing machine 14kg Samsung one is too small, my complaint is each an everytime using it my clothes comes out with so much fluffy I did clean it but nothing helps and now I have stopped using it.
