poor quality

<p>I recently got a Samsung j7 via contract and i must say since from day one nothing is going right with this phone. Firstly I struggled with the speaker it now I woke up this morning the phone switched itself off when I switched back on it took time..... and later on the day the battery was flat as I triedto charge it wouldnt charge at all... now I have to use an alternative phone coz my battery is dead and ofcourse I can't charge my phone </p>
