Poor professional service

The level of professional service leaves much to be desired! I got a quote to fix my battery and the glass back cover of my S7 edge. None of them tell me that the LCD is also problematic as part of their assessment. I know for a fact that once they switched on the phone they could see the flickering green light on the screen which is caused by the LCD. I got a half baked assessment and as such paid for what I was quoted on and now there is more issues which cost more money. I don’t understand why they did not do a comprehensive assessment! This is a poor service!
