Poor products supplier

What a Shock!!! Samsung is supposedly the leader in technology and products but to my disappointment!!!<br> <br> I purchased a Samsung dishwasher at Makro in July 2014. Hardly used the machine and in December, it gave me a \Heating Error"message. Went on holiday and when I got back I contacted Samsung. A technician was sent out and a few days later got back to say they cant replace the faulty part so I can go to the store to exchange it.<br> <br> My husband went to the store and it took him hours to resolve it. I phoned Samsung to contact Makro and they said they cant so my husband had to phone Samsung from his cell in order to resolve the whole issue!!! The next day we went with the dishwasher and after spending 2.5 hours in Makro"
