Poor products

I bought a samsung side by side fridge from samsung shop in bulawayo 2012, it has been leaking since i bought it, i reported it, they couldnt fix it and blamed me for the leak. it wasnt repaired, i reported it and it still hasnt been repaired. Samsung are you supplying fridges that cannot be repaired or that are faulty to begin with. Either that or the brand store is not living up to the good reputation the company has. please look into this
