Poor phone Samsung.

Hi I have upgraded from my huawei p30 pro to samsung Note 20

Its the worst phone i ever had and i cant even take it back.

Its now a month old.

Battery is weak and screan is ****.

I got a sms from samsung to say i have a R4000 gift voucher.

I have tried claiming it for the last month phone in alot of time to samsung.

Today they say i didn't Qualify for the voucher.

But i got and approved sms from them.

That was the only nice thing that i thought samsung had on there phone.

But now its gone.

If samsung can phone me now and tell me i can give my phone back to them i will do it in 5 seconds.

And i will go back to Huawei.

Im so disappointed in this R20 0000 phone.

It lags, its slo and Battary doesn't last. Even the p30 pro has a better screen the the note.

So for those that is upgrading from a Huawei P30 pro please dont take a note.

Especially if you are very technical with your phone.

Samsung please take your phone back and give me my money.
