Poor & Disappointing Customer / Support Service..........Dont Honor Promotions
Disappointed.
I have been a fan of Samsung products, but have been let down but the support and attitude of the support team. I have lost out on 2 promo's due to technicality, which samsung support does not listen to your side of the story / reasoning.
So bottom line is that we buy Samsung products thinking we getting addition benefit, but in reality they find any excuse not to delivery.......
