Poor customer Service Samsung South Africa
The worst customer service experience I ever had to deal with is with Samsung SA customer service. I logged a query on 15 August 2020 and till today 03 September no resolution. I made several calls and sent emails, calls to them lasted over 100 minutes. The consultants promises callback and don't do so.

I had to go through the whole query again with Thabang today and it's really frustrating and time wasting. Will my query ever be resolved or should I just forget about it. 07 Sept 2020, 07:56As I said no one will call, I did however call in as I always do, I spoke to Thabang at VOC , I had to give the whole query again which was frustrating, he also said he will call me back same day and no call,
