POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SAMSUNG!!!
My Samsung washing machine broke. I called Samsung kzn. Receptionist put me through to the technician. His line just rang. I called again, same thing. I called a 3rd time, asked her to please get a technician to call me. I said it was urgent. Three days later, i am still waiting to hear from Samsung, to fix my washing machine??!!!! Clearly their after sales customet service is non existent!!! Next time I will buy another brand!!
