Poor customer service
I bought a 19 kg samsung top loader washing machine, April 2023.
The machine gave me problems 1st month after buying it. I went to the store where I bought it I was told to log a service request.
I called Samsung yesterday to log the service request, The agent told me they can not log a service request. I have to call them when I am home to do a troubleshooting video with them. I am not a technician to do troubleshooting videos. The machine is not even 6 month old, for the price I bought for, for them to tell me that, it is pathetic.
