POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Samsung has the most pathetic after sales service ever!!!! The washing machine broke for the second time in a month and its only 1 and a half years old. They moving to JHB in 3 days yet samsung doesnt care at all how my sis needs to get the machine in JHB after they fix it yet again. When asked how they are supposed to get the machine there the agent just says she doesnt know. They refuse to replace the machine as it needs to have been broken 3 times before they will replace their useless products. I will never in my life do business with samsung ever again. </p>
