poor after sales and customer experience
very disappointed we bought a product of Samsung a 58 inch smart tv in 2021 model number : UA58TU7000KXXA the tv is no longer working after numerous calls a month of back and forth we received a service order sheet : *** the tech was suppose to come out on the 3rd of july 2023 he did not pitch nor did they call to lets us know they will not be coming the tech code is *** and name is UPD 29/06 - Assigned to Tala for 03/07. The after sales service is extremely poor.
