Plastic cover underneath machine coming loose.
My new Samsung washing machine with order number ZA*** was delivered Friday 28th July 2023. After setting up for the first time, and making sure the shipping bolts and foam insert underneath were removed, I noticed that the plastic protective cover underneath (which is very flimsy by the way) had already started coming off. The machine also has a lot of drum movement inside, even though the machine is level. I suggest someone comes out to look at this. I just moved from LG to Samsung, and I am already regretting my decision. In addition to all this, I did not even get my Samsung reward point as I was told I checked out with a guest account and they cannot move the points over.

07 Aug 2023, 12:35They are now saying the plastic was meant to come off and that it cannot be exchanged. How is that normal? This plastic is attached with *****s to the machine, it should not be normal for it to come off.
