Planned Obsolescence?
Hi I have spent two days trying to get hold of someone to help me with a washing machine spare part. Eventually I got hold of disinteresred person at the Cape Town office who tells me they don't have spares for the model! Is this what's called 'planned obsolescence' I will think twice about buying a Samsung product in the future!!
