Phonebook Loss on update

<p>I am really taken aback by Samsung 's technological regression on phone book upkeep. Their system loses my phonebook entries despite me backing up on google. Their combination with google is a total failure. I cant get my lost contacts back and there does not seem to be a serious fix to the problem. They say one must update software on mobile data but that does not help either, if anything it just chows my data subscription for no benefit.</p>
