Phone was collected by someone other then myself

I gave in my phone last year November at the Samsung Store in the Lifestyle Centre. After endless calls the phone just rings, I went in to query my phone, to be told someone already collected it. I'm still sitting with the jobcard and find it totally unacceptable. I would appreciate your urgent feedback regarding this matter, as I've had no feedback from your branch what so ever
