Phone Unusable due to screen freaking out

Good Morning.<br> <br> I received my new Samsung GS6 end of Feb after switching from iPhone and I really like the phone. A month later my screen started going crazy. Every time I tried to access an app. The back button would press automatically and would immediately kick me out of the app. It happened for the first time on 25 March during my China visit. It went away and started happening more often after that. Again the day before yesterday it started and yesterday my phone was basically unusable at times. I googled the problem and there are pages full of accounts by other samsung users facing the same issues. I also tried all suggested solutions but no luck.<br> <br> This morning the craziness continued ****erally could not do anything) and I just decided to go back to my old iPhone, which is also a bit old at this stage. I am a business owner and my business is run with my phone. Cannot afford not having access to all my contacts emails and applications that keeps my business going. <br> <br> Need this sorted ASAP please.<br> <br> I can give you all the serial numbers and whatever you need. also made a video this morning of the screen \pressing\" back by itself.<br> <br> Please help ASAP.<br> <br> Thank you<br> <br> Heine"
