Phone under warranty.

I must say when I went to the Roodepoort/Florida Samsung branch I was amazed by the efficiency my complaint is not with the store but with regards to a warranty that if something happens to my cell phones screen it would be repaired I then took my phone to them and I got feedback that they are unable to fix the screen as there was a dent in the body and I would be charged approximately R800 to fix that I then refused the quote and was told that this is the only way to get the screen fixed I really am upset as I don't even have the phone for a year and I get denied as the phone is still under warranty .<br> <br> please get back to me and advise what the way forward is ?<br>
