Phone taken in for repairs and then taken to Joburg without informing me.

In June 2017 I took my S6 to Samsung Store Tygervalley for repair quote. Got the quote and let them know I can not afford it but will let them know when I can. Sept 2017 they called me and asked if I was ready yet. I said no, but would probably be able to do it end Dec 2017. Jan 2018 I went there, and was informed that a new company has taken over etc etc etc, and that my phone is probably now in Joburg with Charlotte. I called Charlotte and she gave me a long story about investigations and what not and that I will have to pay R200 to have the phone sent back to me. I was not informed of this company change or informed that I need to collect my phone before a certain time. So now I must pay to have it returned to me ? Maybe I must just lay a theft charge....... Let's give Samsung a chance to reply.
