Phone repair problems

I have a few complaints that need to be attended to. First, my Samsung Galaxy S6 soft keys stopped working after a few days of the back soft key invisibly pressing itself. I took off the screen protector thinking that it was the problem but then the problem persisted. Then I took my phone in for repairs since it was still under warranty (bought it in July 2016) and they booked it in. Second, the matter was assigned to an engineer then I received an sms stating that the repair is still in process they hope to complete it ASAP. Another sms was sent stating that for them to continue with the repair I should confirm the estimated repair cost that was sent via email. At this moment I am unable to check my emails. After getting access to my email I see the repair cost for R6,248.69 stating mainly screen and motherboard. Third, I get another sms stating that my phone is repaired and ready for collection. Without having contacted them because I was going to ask why the repair cost was that much I decided to go collect my phone thinking that it was fixed for free because it is still under warranty. I arrive at the the Samsung store in Menlyn and I was told that the phone is at The Grove Mall - Lynnwood and not yet repaired because I had not accepted the quote for repairs. It is stated that the fault was liquid damage and I explain that my phone had not been exposed to water. Then they said it could also be steam or sweat (I don't take my phone in the bathroom and hardly sweat so I did not understand). Now my problem is that why when I have not responded to the quote sent in a few days that my repair is automatically cancelled. Another problem is that why when they cancel my phone repair they send out an sms stating that my phone is repaired???? How is that possible?? I was told that Samsung has one standard message that is sent out to customers it being that the repair is done and ready for collection. How does such a huge company only have one message to send out to customers, whether the phone is repaired or not??? This all doesn't make sense! I don't know if I am being played or not.
