Beware of Samsung service! Samsung has the worst customer service, I wasted my time being handed off to a bunch of people ( Shaun, Lorraine and the Warranty Manager by the name of Geoffrey Muringisi ) that have no idea what they're talking about including management who send me an incorrect warranty letter and proof of purchase for my phone. They don't care about customers Samsung really needs to get it together before you lose a lot of loyal customers to other phone makers. I will never ever buy their product. The last lady I spoke to had the nerve to threaten me by say Samsung will take legal action against me if I log a complain on social media.
