PHONE OUT OF WARRANTHY

Good day <br> <br> kindly assist I consulted the Samsung Service Centre in Constantia on the 14/11/2015 with regards to repairs of my faulty Samsung S4 mini,I was then advised by the agent that the phone was out of warranthy when she looked at the serial number,I then advised her that the phone is still under warranthy ,she advised me to email a proof of purchased which I have emailed this morning,I tried calling the service centre to follow up with no luck ,I require my phone urgently and I have emailed the confirmation that my phone is under warranthy all I ask for is good professional service <br> <br> I can be contacted on ***<br>
