PHONE NOT REPAIRED AS REQUESTED

I am utterly unhappy with the free repair that was done to my Samsung galaxy note 3 this year. I sent my phone in for repairs for the screen and complained about my speaker that distorts when receiving calls or making calls. I received my phone back and the screen was fixed but I never tested my phone and put it in for safe keeping while I used my husbands iphone, now I want to used my Samsung and the speaker was never fixed and distorts very badly, the service was not conducted properly the first time and now its even worst to when it went in. This is not on when we ask for things to be done and they are not, this is poor service
