PHONE ME SAMSUNG !!!!

This is coming from a guy with 3 × Samsung tv's 1 × Samsung Fridge 1 x Samsung Dishwasher 2 x Samsung Microwaves 1 x Samsung Aircon 1 x Samsung Vacuum Cleaner 3 x Samsung Smartphone's 1 x Broken Samsung Washing Machine Bought this 15kg washing machine from Makro Montague Gardens on the 28th November 2019. On the morning of the 17th of December the drum (i believe) broke loose and dented the machine. (Sounded like a bomb going off) i reported it immediately and was promised to be contacted within 72 hours to send a repair guy out. Firstly i dont want it repaired, its dented all the way around, i want a new one, only fair i think. No one ever phoned untill i phoned back on the morning of the 27th of December at 9pm. (10 days later) I was promised that someone wil call me back within a hour. At 3pm no one called. I phoned back and was told i will be contacted by the person in charged in the next 10 minutes. NEVER HAPPENED. Now its weekend again and still no machine. I am the one always praising Samsung. Everything in my house is high end Samsung products. I dont allow any other make in my house and i get treated like this. This is going on half a month over festive period with no washing machine. A Manager needs to phone me ASAP. Good thing i didnt buy the 18kg toploader i wanted. (Was out of stock on the day) *** *** *Please sort this out so i can praise you again

So after a Samsung technician finaly made it out to my house and told me to take it back to Makro where i bought it from cause its damaged caused by the drum. I did so and Makro told me they have to wait on the report from Samsung. Now 4 days later i phone Samsung again to find out whats going on and they tell me i dropped it. !!!! How the hell do you drop a 15kg toploader after using it for 2 weeks. Now this is getting serious! I will not be taken for a fool! Logged 19 phone calls spend lots of money trying to sort this out and Samsung just dont care!

Over 50 days now and still not resolved. Waiting on their superiors for answers is all i get. What must i do to get my faulty washing machine replaced ? Easy way out is to tell me i dropped the washing machine and you wont cover that. My friends at Samsung, if you apoint technicians that actually know what they are doing they would have seen that the exact same dents from the inside out on the left, right and front of the machine is caused by drum damage. If you drop something the dent wil be from the outside in. The technician hardly looked at this machine and was clearly not lus to be here. He never even tipped the machine over to look at the clear damage (sc****d) inside cause by the drum. Makro where i bought it from actually laughed at the technicians report after looking at it themselves. Any fool can see what happened to this machine. Samsung, send me a technician that knows what he's doing so i can have this machine replaced that i paid alot of money for.
