phone is a year old but not working
<p>i have been using samsung phones for years now with no problems whats so ever. a day before it turns a year old it just dies. it doesnt even charge. i took it in at one of Samsungs agent and they told me that i need to pay R4500 to get it fixed. this is a Samsung S7 edge im talking about here. R4500 to fix a phone that is just a year old and its supposed to be one of the best buffles me. i might as well buy myself another phone. im so dissappointed.</p>

I have come from D and D Electronics to fetch my phone. They are saying that there is something wrong with the Pba. I think its a bit unfair for me to pay R4500 to fix a phone that has just turned a year old. I love SAmsung proucts so much that I am starting to think twice about using the phones now. My husband is still continuining paying for the device through His contract mind you. For a phone that is dead. I might as well buy a new phone with the R4500 that I am supposed to fix my Samsung S7 Edge.
