PHONE CAME BACK WITH REPAIRS NOT DONE

i feel completely ****** by Samsung and CNA westgate branch.i bought a samsung j1 phone and 5 days later the microphone died and no one can hear me, since i was in Durban i could not return it before the 7 days guarantee. i brought it in for repairs and after 2 months i got it back (very sad). i collected it yesterday and tested it and the microphone was now not completely dead but people would say i sound far away. this morning no one can hear me again. is Samsung selling fongkong products now or what. i feel ****** and cannot believe the level of service. repairs were meant to be 6 weeks but now they took over 2 months and my phone still not fixed.i feel what your going through. think il go back to using blackberry... im very dissapointed.<br> <br> SAMSUNG AND CNA WESTGATE SHOPPING CENTRE. MY CEWLLPHONE IS STILL NOT REPAIRD AND I USE IT FOR BUSINESS,... MY CLIENTS CANNOT HEAR ME WHEN I SPEAK. I FEEL DE*****ED . ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ABOUT THIS MATTER PLZ.
