Phone being in Repairs for 3Months

I booked my Samsung phone in on the 11th of November 2017 after the screen has decided to no work anymore. I took my phone to Mall of Africa as it's closest to home from me, and it's supposedly closer to the Samsung center. where they fix everything. Booked my phone in, to which they told me it will take up to 3-7 working days to fix. All that needed to be done was my screen needed to be replaced and they had to put a new battery in. 2 Weeks later I get a phone call (the only time they ever bothered to phone me) to say they have a shipment problem, it make take another week. I tell them its fine as I understand these kind of things happen. Another 2 weeks goes by without any information from them so I decided to give them a call. After being told they will get back to me & they still don't I phone again, to which the guy tells me the phone is almost ready, they must just put the new battery in. I ask them to please phone me back as I only had 9 days left before I went on a vacation abroad from 3 weeks, to which I needed my phone. Again no one phones and it's the last week before I leave for holiday. I again phone them, as they never got back to me again, & they tell me they are waiting for a battery still and will get it to their shop as soon as possible. I then phoned everyday that week, to which they told me by the Thursday that the phone is fixed they just waiting for the driver to drop it by their shop. I tell them great, they must please let me know when I can pick it up because I'm leaving the Sunday. The Friday I phone again, as again they still didn't phone me back like they promised, and they tell me the driver has the phone & is busy delivering all the orders to the different shops. I tell them great, I will come to the shop the Saturday(23rd of December) to pick it up, to which they respond that it's fine as the phone will be there. I get to the shop on Saturday to be told that the driver never made his deliveries to Mall of Africa because they were closing early the Friday due to them being closed for the festive season. Disappointed I ask them what must I do now see that I have no phone and I'm leaving for holiday, to which they told me there is nothing they can do because the center is closed till the 2nd of January and they can't even give me a courtesy phone because they don't have any. Trying to be a level headed person , I ask them to please then deliver the phone to me on the 15th of January as that is the day I will be back in SA. Again they say it's fine, the right down my details and tell me they will get it delivered to my doorstep on the day that I asked for. Today is the 15th of January, to which (yet again) I phoned them to ask if they will still be delivering my phone. The lady on the phone said she didn't know about anything and that the driver has been dispatched for the day so I won't be getting my phone today. She said she will send her manager a email to find out about the phone that is supposed to be delivered to me. To cut a long story short, I'm done with waiting for my phone as I thing 3 months is a bit extensive (seeing that I was told 3-7 working DAYS, not months) I have never had such terrible service from anyone, especially as I had to phone them the whole time because they never bothered to keep their word once. Does Samsung even know the meaning of Customer Service? as I have not had that yet from them.
