Peeling factory screen protector

Good day,

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding my Samsung Z Flip 7, purchased in August. The factory-fitted screen protector has begun peeling, which I understand should be covered as part of the device’s original manufacturing warranty.

I visited the Samsung Service Centre in Bellville (SSS Cellular), but was informed that they are unable to assist because the affected part is the screen protector and not the screen itself. I was also advised that removing the screen protector would void my warranty. This leaves me in a difficult position, as I am expected to continue using a new device with a bubbling screen protector that the service centre cannot replace.

Could you please advise on the appropriate steps to resolve this issue? If the Samsung Service Centre cannot assist, kindly direct me to the department or team that can.

I would appreciate your urgent feedback, as this experience has been quite disappointing.
