Paying for their poor manufacturing...
What on earth, this is the worst company ever... My goodness you have a fine cheek too sent me an invoice for R3250, to replace a pc board for a washing machine that's not even that old.
1st you tell us you waiting for the part from China, then when we start writing reports on Helo Peter, o my soul the part has arrived in SA weeks after the 2nd to 3rd review.
This is disgusting, poor management and a rip of for ******* you sell to the public.
I am prepared to pay for a call out and the 30 min labour the guy did, but paying for a part that was ever supposed to have a manufacturing problem that SAMSUNG SA I will not pay for...
You sell all the ******* to the public and expect we must be happy, no way...
You spent thousands on a machine just to find out 2 years down the line you will take more money out to fix the company's **** they sold you.
