PatheticService by Samsung - Dion Wired Kolonnade

On 8 April 2015 I took my Samsung S4 to the Samsung shop located in Dion Wired Kolonnade for a screen repair. I was told that the repair was going to take 5 working days. 5 Working days came and gone and yet we heard nothing from the store. We contacted them several times and each time we were told they will find out where the phone is and they will get back to us , which they never did. Saturday 18 April we decided to drive to Kolonnade to get clarity on where the phone is only to see that the lady working there never showed up and the kiosk was closed.
