PATHETIC UNCARING *****
Had a bad experience at a service/repair centre, laid a complaint, got a call from Samsung Customer service center. Not helpful at all , totally uncaring, don't listen and just in a hurry to close the file . Despite me trying and offering everything to resolve the matter , they were not interested in helping at all . You get **** to from customer service which is totally pathetic , THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED, BIG BRAND THAT DOESNT CARE.I HATE SAMSUNG AND WILL NEVER EVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN
