Pathetic service with absolutely no feedback.

I sent my S7 into samsung century city repair centre over 3 months ago. The device was overhearing and would become unfunctional until I did a full software restore through the PC. Online information indicates it's a motherboard/processor problem. I haven't received one piece of information from the center. I have emailed twice and called multiple times only to be told they will contact me back, but nothing is ever done, I haven't even recieved a quote or any indication of what is being done.

Pathetic service and I will never buy another Samsung smartphone after this experience.
