Pathetic service Useless Technician John
Don't ever buy a Sumsung TV people. It breaks/packs up every year. Samsung Technician John thinks he owns my TV and has it in the back of he's small van since Thursday!! He refused to give me my TV or come on time when we were not on load shedding. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product!!! Call me and return my TV. Pathetic service from Samsung! Sam ***
