Pathetic Service. *********** Managers. Worst Service Ever!!!!!!!

Please help me, i have a Samsung note 4 (SM-N910H). I have been back to the same store, Samsung Care Centre in Pretoria, The Grove mall, for 17 times!!!!!!! First they replaced my Main Board, a week later they replaced my phones camera. I recon they damaged it while doing repairs because it did not focus, then 4 weeks after the camera and mainboard replacement they replaced my screen because it kept lifting up after the first 2 repairs, and then after returning to the same branch for the 10th time, they replaced my casing for the phone because according to them that was the problem for the screen lifting up. I can't go back for a 18th time. Every time i go back there is a new problem, or the same problem keep occurring. Please can someone from Samsung senior managers contact me because that branch (Samsung care centre the Grove mall) is giving Samsung a bad name.

The managers name is Malcolm & Mike, the last time a visited his branch, he said he wishes to never see me again. Mike has a SARCASM attitude, treats me like **** when i enter the store just because i keep returning with problems. Please assist me. It feels like i've wasted R10000 on a phone that has been giving me problems for the past 7 months. Also another thing i want to add, when they check the system on samsung, there is only one repair booked and one invoice available. (did they even do the repairs with genuine samsung parts?) Please help, something must be done to this branch for treating me like **** because of their lack of knowledge. All repairs was done under warranty.
