Pathetic service from sumsung South Africa
Their service is pathetic. I have been claiming my tablet for over 3 months now. When i phone they keep me holding for more than half an hour and drop the calls. I have never experienced this in my life. I am so done with their products. The service offered is so bad i dont want to find myself dealing with them ever. Advise i can give to my black brothers pls dont fall for their free offers when you buy some of their products, you will not get that gift, its a **** to lair people to buy their product.
