Pathetic service from Samsung SA.

Samsung not honoring the warranty on my microwave purchased in April 2026 due to a cosmetic defect in the door, disgusting service! I am willing to pay to replace the film on the door but they still wouldn't honor the warranty claim I made where the food wasn't being heated throughout.
