Pathetic service from Samsung Promotions

After purchasing a new phone at a store in Johannesburg North on 6 Dec, 2024, I was assisted by a representative from Samsung Promotions. The purchase of the phone had a promotion of a Free Galaxy Fitness Watch as well as Samsung Buds. However, the promotional items were not available in store and these would be couriered within 14 days of confirming the purchase / promotion. Due to a lack of communication, the promotion was only confirmed on 17 January. It is now the 4th of March 2025 and I am yet to receive an indicated date or estimation of delivery of these items (3 months after purchase). I have spoken to several representatives including Kate at Samsung Promotions who have handled the complaints quite well, however I was told the manager Itumeleng would contact me a week ago. Today, I am still waiting.

This experience is absolutely pathetic from Samsung Promotions, so to all Public who are expecting promotional items, please note that they cannot fulfil their promise to the customers. The deals are not as 'Lucrative' as advertised in stores.
