PATHETIC SERVICE FROM SAMSUNG

i logged a call with Samsung to come and check my fridge ,i was then told to pay a call out fee of which i paid.2 weeks later am still waiting for technician to come and check it. The sad part is that every time i call they tell me some one will come but to no avail. the service i received from such a big brand is by far the worst!!!!!!!!!!!
