PATHETIC SERVICE FROM ALTECH AND SAMSUNG!!!

Got my Samsung S5 in Sept 2015. Started having problems with the battery overheating and phone cutting out in Oct. Took the phone in for repairs several times now and the problem is still not sorted out!! They promised to replace the phone this time and guess what... no longer the case!!!! I have been passed from pillar to post and still no joy from either the call centre or repair centre!! I am an elderly lady who lives on her own and need a phone not only for in case of emergency, but i still work and need my phone for that reason too! Has been 4 months of constant fighting now just to get my phone which is under warranty sorted out!!! Definitely expected better service from both companies!!!! Highly disgusted!!!!
