pathetic service
still awaiting my response from Samsung concerning my galaxy buds plus. I recieved them via courier. Upon opening the box and connecting 1 bud doesnt work. This has been going on since the 20th of August. I am disgusted by the service Samsung is giving. Or should I say lack of service. I can be contacted on ***.
