Pathetic Service

If anyone is planning to get a new Samsung account. I would advise never use them to backup any info of yours. Their service centers are *********** and unable to assist. I am unable to access my account because of a verification code that I cannot get as it is defaulting to a cellular number that is no longer active. I first had an issue with my NFC not working on my phone of which is still not working and after quite a bit of calls to them, I was told that I need to factory reset my phone. After doing so I got locked out because my Samsung account locked because of me not having a verification code. Every time I try to get help, they give me the same link that is clearly not working. Even going as far as giving me an accounts department number that is not working as well.

I am in Netherlands at the moment. I can be contacted on +***. Please tell them to contact me with a solution... not another stupid, run-a-round.
I have been a Samsung client for years now. I am even starting to reconsider staying with Samsung for any next product I buy.

Some idiots unfortunately did email me on my Gmail account saying that the only way for me to get help is that I contact my network provider (of which there is none, since the number has been disconnected) to have my number ported to a new sim ("I am not sure where??", As I am no longer in the country of the network I was on and do not have access to a sim card from the country), so that I may get my verification code. So basically, their solution is: "We at Samsung that own the Samsung service that we provide, cannot solve an issue that we caused by asking you to factory reset your phone. The best thing you can do is try help yourself"... In a nutshell, that is the response.
