Pathetic Service

i have been calling your store in Century city continuously they eventually picked up. When i explained my problem they advised someone will get back too me. No one gets back to you.Is this the way you treat your customers. i have been emailing ********** and no one responds as well. The service is terrible. i am thinking of moving over to apple
