Pathetic service
I am so disappointed with their service. We got 2 x S21 ultra phones 1x Note 20 as well as a Tab 7 We claimed the ear buds and tags on the S21's on the 14th of Feb21 and still have not received them. After numerous calls and emails, someone was finally going to help us. Apparently our ear buds will be delivered withing the next 7-14 days. (This was said on 30 March) Guess what... still no delivery. Their service are pathetic.
