Pathetic Service

3 Weeks ago my Samsung phone was taken into Dion Wired Cresta to the Samsung service desk.<br> After a lengthy process it was booked in for repairs I was told my phone would be ready in a weeks time, 2 weeks later no response. I go to Dion wired where they say the Samsung repairs moved and they do not know where my phone is. after contacting the repair center a so called Dion wired employee said it was still not ready ***. its now 4 weeks Samsung has not bothered contacting me once in regards to my phone. their phones just ring, their service is freaking disgusting and absolutely pathetic. I want my damn phone the initial report and booking in of my phone was done by a Thabang person. SAMSUNG YOUR SERVICE STINKS UTTERLY PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING!!!<br>
